Welcome to the 8th Grade page!  You can find your homework asignments on the "Homework" page and download them directly to your computer (you will also have to print and staple them).  If you have any questions about an assignment, send me an email at dmcginty@summiteagles.org, and I would be happy to help. Below you will find some helpful information.

 Meet the Teacher

For 15 years of my life, I grew up in the country of Japan, as my parents were missionaries there with OMF.  I attended college for 4 years at Columbia International University where I studied Youth Ministry, Bible, and minored in Communication.  Through many twists, turns and God’s providence, I landed here at Summit Christian Academy where I am blessed to be able to teach all the subjects I am passionate about.

My desire as a Middle School Bible teacher is to not only impart Biblical knowledge, but to foster an environment for students to grow in their faith and relationship with Christ.  I used to be a youth pastor before I was a teacher, and I will strive to enable your student to engage in academics as well as in their journey of spiritual discovery.

Curriculum
